She is also the founding director of the Penn Implementation Science Center at the Leonard Davis Institute, an associate director at the Center for Health Incentives and Behavioral Economics, and a professor in the Department of Psychiatry with a joint appointment in the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy at the Perelman School of Medicine. She has been appointed the Chair and Ralph Seal Paffenbarger Professor of Medical Social Sciences at Northwestern U Feinberg School
